Hey everyone!

I have spent this week finalizing rosters and completing paperwork. While we are on TSSAA Dead Period, it has given me some extra time to get ahead and prepare for the season.

If you have your child's physical and a copy of their birth certificate, you can drop them off at Sports House in Cookeville. I will be stopping by tomorrow to place an order and pick up any documents that have been dropped off. Getting these turned in as soon as possible will help me complete our books and ensure we are fully prepared when practice begins.

We also have several families who still need to pay registration fees. If possible, please Venmo the league or leave a check at Sports House.

If registration fees are a financial hardship, please reach out to me privately. We never want a child to miss out on playing due to financial reasons, and we will do our best to help.

Our fundraiser is coming to an end on June 22, and we need to make a strong push this weekend! 💪

This money will help fund our season and provide new uniforms for all players and cheerleaders. Every donation makes a difference and helps ensure our kids have the best experience possible!

You can Venmo the league and put your child's name along with "Fundraiser" in the memo.

🚨 Fundraiser Reminder! 🚨

Our first fundraiser is coming to a close on June 22nd!

If your player has filled their entire calendar, please let us know so we can make sure they receive credit for the reward.

Payments can be sent via Venmo to the league. Please include your player's name and "fundraiser" in the payment note.

Example:
Cam Wilson – $250 for fundraiser

If you have secured any business sponsorships, please send me a message so I can add them to our sponsor list. We will be getting our sponsor banner made after the dead period.

🏈💪 BIG NEWS FOR THE CAV YOUTH! 💪🏈

With the Girls Flag Football League continuing to grow across the Upper Cumberland, we've been asked to help bring together a Cavalier Youth Girls Flag Football Team!

We're looking for girls in the following age groups: 🏈 Ages 8-9 🏈 Ages 10-12

Even better, an amazing community supporter has stepped up and offered to purchase uniforms for the team! Because of this generous donation, player fees will be minimal and only needed to help cover insurance costs.

This is a great opportunity for girls to learn the game, build confidence, make new friends, and represent the Cavaliers with pride!

🏈 We are placing our uniform order this week! 🏈
