🎉 Congratulations to our Team of the Week! 🎉

Aria Pearson- Aria is a very dynamic player that will play anywhere you ask. She is aggressive up at the top but can also control the ball and pressure hard in the middle. In both positions she will make sure the ball finds the back of the net!

Nelly Theisz- We had a tough game against St. Croix and Nelly came out cheering on her teammates and got us our tying goal of the game from shooting from outside of the box!

Jasiri Kisongo- Jasiri has been a pillar of our team and an impressive player to join Rush this year. He leads through his actions and always gives his all during games. His footwork is superior for his age and his defense is a challenge for every team to fight through. Jasiri’s consistent energy and positive attitude kept our team fighting every game this weekend during Tonka Splash and he was a key player in every win that we had!

Kyle McLellan- Kyle is always a strong defender for our team, but during the Tonka Splash tournament He scored his first goal of the season in the role of a target forward for our team.

Brayden Ekler- Brayden goes 110% all game dominates on the defensive line then asks after the game what he could of done better. Way to work hard Bray!!

Jacob Ollinger- Jacob always brings a fantastic attitude and energy to team trainings and games. Jacob was key to the team picking up 2 victories last week by scoring goals, assisting goals, and owning the midfield against top opposition.

Clara Simonds- Clara has been an important part of our team all year. She’s good in the middle and can deliver the ball where needed. This week she took a step forward and shot from distance producing 2 goals for the team.

Audrey Weber- Audrey was a driving force in our 4-1 win vs North United this past week. She set the tone with her physicality and made great decisions in possession, including getting into the final third and delivering great crosses on some overlapping runs
