World Taekwondo Academy St Michael-Albertville We are one of the nation’s top martial arts schools. World Taekwondo Academy uses NO contracts, or Gimmicks because we have total confidence in our programs.

Our mission is to help every student discover the Black Belt within by building confidence, discipline, and strength—creating champions in life and sport. Every student will learn REAL Martial Arts and gain the confidence to succeed in life. Our instructors are certified Black Belts, National Champions, Pan Am Champions, U.S.A. Team Members, and U.S. and Olympic Coaches.

To our WTA competition teams, note that Nationals is just around the corner, marking the end of our season.

We've put in considerable effort to prepare. Our final fundraiser is now live, and we encourage all to participate by either opening a store or making a purchase within the next 48 hours.

The team member with the highest achievement will be rewarded with new WTA sweatshirts.

Today was a very special day. I am deeply honored. I received my 7th degree with WTA. I have studied Taekwondo for over 31 years with WTA. I have also studied Muay Thai, kickbxing, boxing, BJJ.

The lessons I have gained through Taekwondo have helped shape me into the person I am today. Through the challenges, I learned how to get back up after failure, never give up, and find strength even in moments when I felt weak. Those lessons have carried far beyond the dojang and into every part of my life.

What means even more to me is seeing my children develop those same life skills. Watching them build confidence, perseverance, respect, and resilience, while achieving opportunities they may never have thought possible, has been truly inspiring.

I am deeply grateful for the impact Taekwondo has had on my life and on the lives of my children. Thank you God, Great Grandmaster Byung Yul Lee, Grand Master Lee, Grandmaster Kastelle, Grandmaster Hoth, Master In Lee, Master Nelson, and of course all my fellow instructors and students for helping us grow, not only as martial artists, but as stronger and better people.
