Saturday strength days continue for November/December! Phase 2 called “Stack It!” The ultimate endurance strength training session that will work your entire body! Concept, there will be a total of 10 “stacks”, you pick 4 each Saturda, same ones, different ones, your choice. A stack is 2 exercises that you go back and forth with and increase reps. EX: 1 bench press/2 deadlifts, 3 bench press/4 deadlifts and you keep this going until you hit 19/20 reps!
Goal: Keep the same weight the entire stack. You will have a sheet to keep track of your weights, make notes etc. For those currently doing 557, you will receive an email on more information.
9 weeks starting nov 2nd 5/7/9am starts!
