For the first time in a decade, the ACPHS Athletic Hall of Fame is open!!

The nomination form can be found on our website under the “Inside Athletics” tab!

All nominees must be five years removed from ACPHS Athletics with more criteria on the form itself.

The form will close on July 1st, so be sure to get those nominations in!
