It's been an exciting Thursday morning at the pool hall. We finally have our 3-phase power hooked up to the building. Now we can get the breaker boxes swamped out to the new 3-phase boxes and get to work on all the projects to get reopened this fall 👍👍👍

Today looking at the FB memories from one year ago 😥 It is hard to believe the journey we have been on over the last 12 months. I should write a book about it some day 🤣
I know everyone wants to get an update on when we will be reopening and I wish I could answer that question. Sadly so many things that are out of my control are preventing me from answering that question. Fingers crossed we can reopen sometime this summer 🙏🤞🙏
I want to say thank you to everyone for your kind words, well wishes and patience as we try to navigate this extremely difficult situation.

Firefighters from several fire departments in Lenawee County assisted the Adrian Fire Department in battling a fire March 15 in the downtown area.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday. I will miss having our Christmas displays in our front windows this year. Next year they will make a return 👍👍 Sadly we not be opening in the next couple of months. I wish I had better news, but it truly is out of our control. Fingers crossed we can get reopened by March 2026.

We finally have some progress on the two buildings to the west of the pool hall. By the end of the day tomorrow or Thursday we will have the building at the end of the block.

Demolition has begun on the old WABJ building along W. Maumee Street.

Crews are working to clear the site, making way for new things in

Update #7... Apologies for the lack of updates this month. It has been a challenging month for sure. This place is going to be amazing when it's done ❤️ Fingers crossed that we can get everything done and reopen by the end of 2025 🙏🤞🙏

Week #6 update. More ceiling demo and brick work. This truly is going to be incredible when it is finished.

Week #5 update. More ceiling demo, lath and plaster removal and brick work. Also just the Heating and AC system design done. This is going to be spectacular when it's done ❤️
