For 35 years the Crown House of Gifts served downtown Adrian shoppers from 124 East Maumee, now a dance studio. This photo shows the complete makeover of the store's frontage in 1968. Crown House ceased operations in 1995.

What an incredible weekend for Encore Dance Company at the Tremaine Dance Convention in Chicago! ✨ We are beyond proud of all of our dancers for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding performances throughout the weekend.
Some exciting highlights:
🏆 Winner of the Judges Ovation Award — a special recognition given by the judges for a standout performance - “Accentuate the Positive” Ivory Jazz

⭐ Quinn was named a Teen Scholarship Finalist

⭐ Abby was named a Junior Scholarship Finalist and then went on to be awarded a Convention Scholarship to Tremaine Dance Convention’s 2026-27 season.

👞 Briella received the Tap Scholarship, awarded to one senior dancer by the faculty based on class participation

Every group, duet, and solo represented Encore so beautifully, and we could not be prouder of this team.

A huge thank you to our dancers, parents, teachers, and staff for making this such an amazing weekend. And thank you to Tremaine Dance Convention for an unforgettable experience! ❤️
