If you or someone you know is looking to start or grow a training and/or lesson program, Brica Farms in Adrian MI is the perfect place to do it. Opportunities like this don’t come around often so take advantage while stalls are available.

We currently have 8 horse stalls and 2 pony stalls open for boarding, leasing, or renting. The farm features a spacious indoor riding arena with multiple observation areas, large grass pastures with 24/7 hay and attentive care, plus many additional amenities to support your program.

Spring is the season for fresh starts. If you’ve been thinking about moving your horse, this is your sign. Warm days, green grass, and longer evenings are coming… It’s time to bring your horse somewhere they can really enjoy it!

What we offer here at Brica Farms:
•Spacious 60 x 100 indoor arena, well-maintained with great sand footing
• Good quality grass in pastures as well as alfalfa/grassy mix hay fed at all times
•Stalls cleaned every day, including holidays and the barn is open to boarders every day, including holidays
•3 large pastures - horses turned out in small groups of two to four (sometimes individually)
•14 stall horse barn, has 12 10x12 spacious, bright, shaving-bedded, matted stalls (most have windows) with water buckets (heated in the winter) refilled daily
•Heated observation room with seating to view the arena
•Horse friendly area with dirt roads nearby to ride on
•Full-care board is $500/month
• Pasture Care + Self Care are also available (message for prices)
