Truly blessed with the opportunity to train Luke 💪 there’s bad days, days where he doesn’t wanna be here or tired but he always gives me effort. Today he was was sharp with all his movements and drills, 30inch box jumps continues to get easier for him as he gains strength and the connection of kind muscle understanding how to make his body perform and do what’s asked of him.

We have some availability in our schedule offering single or team cage rentals, message me with any questions I look forward to providing you controlled atmosphere and safe location and full length cages to get your athlete tuned up for a game or dial in mechanics.
