Consistency is the king of all. That's why there's 60+ year old people in your local ymca that are fit. Lets be honest, you see what they do, and we can both agree it seems sub optimal (at best) and yet they are fit. Why?
Because they've been consistent for years and years.
6 weeks challenges are bull crap to get you hooked, I can get behind that part. It's not to get you fit for life. It's to jump start the habit and to try to start a consistent base. But if you stop what happens?
Stop chasing better systems and fancy fad diets and get fit quick challenges. Build a life style. Make movement a necessary part of your life and never stop.
