Some things in life you can’t avoid. Whether it’s as a parent or at a job, or even yard work. You will sit down and stand up every day in your life. If you do end up on the floor, you do need to be able to get back up. Become strong in these movements and your life will become better. Your aches will go away. And so will your excuses for why you can’t play with your child on the floor. Become the hero in your household, and make a change that will give you a better life.
