I have been playing golf for over 30 years and worked in the industry for the past 28 years (25 years as a PGA professional). What I have learnt over that time is that golf offers us an enriched life through the great people that you meet and the sense of belonging, the low impact exercise involved in playing and practice, uplifting spiritual and emotio

We are just halfway through this term and the sessions have been heaps of fun, our aim has been to gamify as much of the sessions as possible, this leads to lasting learnings and more time doing, when we learn through play our learnings last. Along with golf skills we aim to develop our players physical fundamental movements as well as values and character traits the game of golf installs.
Looking ahead to term 3
We are planning a Sunday afternoon winter playing series, more on this to follow shortly.
Next term due to the amount of players and the great development of players we are going to structure the sessions to suit the players specific needs, registration is going to be essential so we can meet the needs of the players.
Mondays – Fun session for beginners aged 8 to 13 years old
Wednesday – Fun session for developing players aged 12 years and over (golfers that are capable of playing, either have a golf handicap or are working towards one)
Friday – Fun open aged session for any player
Sunday – 10.00am to 11.00am aged 6 to 9 year olds
Sunday 11.00am to 12.00pm aged 10 to 13 year olds
Sunday 12.00pm to 1.00pm – Aged 13 years and over

Flow Golf Junior golf Open at the Wainui Golf and Function Centre Thursday 16th of April, below is the draw for the day, registration will be open at 8.30am and prize giving is expected to be around 2.45pm to 3.00pm, feel free to hang around and caddy or leave your player with us for the whole day.
Pace of play is really important for the enjoyment of all golfers, please make your young player familiar with the rules below for the event, max score for a hole will be 10, once a player reaches 10 shots for a hole they are stop playing that hole.
