Friday:

Expect a full body, high intensity workout led by our awesome instructors. Experience a variety of functional movements and dynamic workout blocks that are scalable for all fitness levels.
💛 Virtual Sprint and BodyBalance Hybrid session at 5:15pm
Kick off with a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training indoor cycling workout and finish with a body restoring blend of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates.
Saturday:
🖤 Les Mills Ceremony at 8am
45-minute, coach-led functional circuit training workout designed to build full-body strength, cardio, and power
💜Virtual Les Mills Trip at 8:30am
a fully immersive 40-minute indoor cycling workout that combines multi-peak cardio training with a cinematic, digital journey
🧡 Strength Development at 9:30am
Led by an awesome and experienced coach, Strength Development heroes the essential elements of strength training - including slow and controlled movements, functional exercises, and dynamic core training.
💚 Virtual BodyBalance at 10:30am
A cinematic, group fitness class that blends yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates into a flowing, music-driven workout
