It’s just a building. But we’re not just a gym.

You will see changes in yourself that maybe you once didn’t think possible. You will move your body and become capable of more than you thought you would.

Our community’s results are much more than weight loss. It’s gaining the confidence once thought lost, making friends or being welcomed somewhere that you knew no one, building a body that can now allow you to go for runs with your kids, lift weights that you said would never be you and also losing weight and being proud of who you are.

We know you all feel it.

Yes winter is just around the corner and you don’t need the reminder 🥶

Maybe you’re already starting to double guess the alarm clock time. Maybe you’re starting to hit snooze 😴 more often than not. It’s darker at night and the vibe of hitting the gym isn’t so appealing. That voice in your head convincing you that it’s ok to just skip it this time is starting to win.

It’s the same dance every year. Almost like winter coming is such a surprise that we never thought it would happen 😂 It starts getting colder and darker. You start slipping on your habits more and more.

But what if this year winter was different? What if you committed to actually sticking to it? What if you started this winter?

No because of looks but because you know how good training makes you feel. You know that even though it’s cold at 5:00am in the morning you feel 100% more better after exercising. You know how good you feel when you do that one hard thing in your day.

Imagine rolling into summer feeling your absolute best? Imagine if this winter you got stronger, fitter, your performance was up and it doesn’t fell like a complete blow out?

38 weeks pregnant and still prioritising her physical and mental wellbeing!

Meet Meredith.

Despite travelling back and forth from Auckland throughout her pregnancy Meredith has kept her training up. It definitely hasn’t been easy but for her maintaining a regular workout routine was a high priority.

We know that every woman has a different experience whilst pregnant and this isn’t to shame anyone. But hopefully if you’re a soon to be mum out there you can see that prioritising your wellbeing can still be managed with the help of a community and coaches that care. There will be hard days and there will be easier days but we can have you back through it all.

5 Hills that F45 Napier will die on:

1- You don’t need to be fit or strong to start. That’s the whole point. You just need to start.

2- It’s never a bad session if you show up. Sometimes we can train our best and other times it’s a mission just to get through the door. But you showed up for yourself and that’s the win.

3- Consistency brings the result. Whether that’s 3 sessions a week consistently for 6 months or 6 sessions a week. Commit to what works for you.

4- Recovery is always part of the plan. Say NO to burn out.

5- You will never regret getting stronger and fitter. You will regret the cost of not investing in you and your own health.
