He mihi ka tika ki a MRL me ngā karapu katoa, it was a massive day of footy!

What a day e te whānau

🔴 U6 — won 1 and drew 2. The results didn’t reflect how well our babies played today. So much growth and heart shown by this team and they only just missed the semis.

🔵 U8 — drew 1 and lost 2. Huge growth and confidence shown right through the season. Proud of our tamariki.

🔴🔵 U10 Red & Blue — both teams faced off in the quarter finals, with Rātana Red going on to the semis and only losing by a try. So much talent and heart in this grade.

🏆 U12s — undefeated all day and crowned champions after a tough final against Ruapehu, with the first try scored by Kauri Poutini sealing the game.

Big mihi to all our coaches, managers, whānau, and tautoko crew for the aroha, time, and support shown throughout the season and especially today.
