We’ve made a few changes to our class timetable for the next 8 weeks to support our Empire 8 Week Transformation Challenge and bring even more variety to your training.

Our daily functional fitness programme combining strength, gymnastics, weightlifting and conditioning. Saturdays remain our Partner Workout!

🔥 Empire BURN
Aerobic conditioning classes designed to build your engine, improve endurance and keep you moving. Wednesday Partner WODs are back! 🤝

🏋️ Empire BARBELL CLUB
Master the Sn**ch & Clean & Jerk with Olympic weightlifting sessions focused on technique, strength and accessories.

💪 Empire PUMP
Build lean muscle, increase strength and improve body composition through dedicated bodybuilding programming.

🏆 Empire COMPETE
For athletes wanting to take their training to the next level with additional competition-focused programming, advanced skills and performance training.

The Empire 8 Week Transformation Challenge isn’t just about changing your body—it’s about building habits, creating consistency, and pushing yourself alongside an incredible community.

This year we’re turning up the competition with our Accountability Challenges:

🏃 Side Quest: KM Challenge
Track your intentional outdoor walks, jogs and runs. Every kilometre counts as you battle it out to become your home gym’s KM Champion.

🔥 Inter-Gym Challenge
Will Empire South, Empire Māngere, or Empire East take the crown? Show up to class, complete weekly challenges, earn points for your gym, and help your team climb the leaderboard.

Because real transformation isn’t about being perfect…
It’s about showing up, again and again. 💪
