Hi everyone, we're holding a working bee on Saturday 26th August at 10am and need all the help we can get to prepare the track and surrounding areas for the season ahead.

We're a small club, run by an even smaller number of volunteers so would love any and all help we can muster.

Jobs to be done will include w**d spraying, cutting the w**ds around the containers/access areas, sweeping and touch ups on the track.

If you can bring your own w**d-eater/line trimmer (the more grunty the better) or sprayer it would be helpful. But, the club does have some tools, so if you can only bring yourself that's fine too.

Hopefully see you next Saturday 26th August at Manukau Taniwha BMX - 87R Prices Road (off Puhinui Rd) - 10am

Our club AGM is on Wednesday 14th of June at 7:30pm. It is at the Whitford Community Hall, 1 Whitford-Maraetai Road. We are in the Supper Room. All club members have previously been notified via email.

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for anyone involved with the club to voice their views on how the club is progressing and what we can do to improve.

For the club to thrive we need a strong committee of about nine people, and all other families to be actively involved in the operation of the club. Our committee is currently six people, and some are standing down this year. A new committee will be elected at the AGM.

Please consider joining the committee. It’s a great way to give back to our community. Maybe grandparents would be interested?
There are a variety of roles from administration, coordination of track work and grounds maintenance to coaching coordinator and rider development and more.

We are all volunteers at the club, so it’s important for everyone to do what they can to support the club. Please let me know if you are interested in a committee role, or would like any more information.

Congratulations to our riders who raced at the Mountain Raiders Birthday Bash last night. There was over 400 riders competing. Beau, Jack, Grayson and Vadim earned 40 points for our club!

For our new families, this will be a great race meet for your child to get a taste of what BMX racing is like. Great track for younger riders and always a fantastic night!
Bonus that it is an NQM meet!

Our Thursday club nights have finished until September. Unfortunately there's not enough light now that daylight saving has ended.

We have decided to close the track for this week.

Training and Club Night this Thursday are cancelled.

We have not had a chance to inspect the track yet, but hopefully it's OK. It should 🤞 dry out by 9-Feb, so see you then.
