A lot of detail put into how players move, control their body, and execute with purpose.
We broke down footwork, body positioning, pickup timing, and how to create better driving angles, all the small things that actually make a difference.

This isn’t your average run, it’s for serious players ready to elevate their game.
Each Wednesday, step onto the court for 90 minutes of competition, intensity, and growth.

🔥 What It’s About:
A developmental yet competitive 3x3 league designed to sharpen both your individual and team game. You’ll be tested on leadership, communication, and ex*****on, all on a 10 foot rim.

Great turnout as players locked in on the finer details of their shot.

From lift points to pickup timing, hand placement to release path, we broke shooting down to its essence. Athletes got instant feedback, real time corrections, and the chance to experience the I’m Possible Training methods trusted by NBA pros.

Players walked away with a deeper understanding of their shot, gaining awareness of the details that need attention and clarity on how to keep improving. 🏀✨

• Ball control under pressure — decoupled motion dexterity & tension sequencing
• Footwork & body positioning — forced accountability
• Driving — intention responsiveness & deviation triggers
