Celebrating tonight with hitting the full 500 sessions!

She is the sweetest soul in the room, warm, always laughing, and always encouraging those around her. But it doesn’t stop there, she’s strong and determined (to say the least) especially when that Ski Erg and Rower are out.

Build volume, control, and lower-body endurance while laying the foundations for bigger lifts later in the block. Expect plenty of posterior chain work, single-leg stability, and time under tension.

❤️ Cardio U (A)
Learn to control your effort and pace like a pro. This session focuses on regulating intensity, improving recovery, and building a strong aerobic engine for the weeks ahead.

💪 Hyper UB
Develop upper-body stability, coordination, and control through multi-planar movements designed to improve performance and resilience in your pressing and pulling patterns.

⚡ HIIT
Short, sharp, and powerful. This week's HIIT is all about producing maximum output, building repeat sprint ability, and learning to perform under fatigue.

🏆 Strength M
A new mixed-strength format focused on quality lifting. Prioritise heavy efforts on the Hack Squat and DB Bench Press before moving into accessory work that supports total-body strength development.

One of our toughest. She’s built a rep for lifting heavy, moving well, chasing form and never backing from a challenge. If there’s a target on the whiteboard, everyone suddenly finds themselves in a competition they didn’t sign up for.

Hyrox? Yeah, done that too.

And when the boxing gloves came out? You had to brace yourself because there was an absolute weapon on the other end of those pads.

Massive achievement involving grit and hard work. Celebrating in style w the Wahs kit and whānau by her side 🌺
