๐ฅ WEEK 2 PROGRAM FOCUS ๐ฅ
This week we're turning up the volume, increasing work density, and challenging your ability to maintain quality under fatigue. Expect longer efforts, shorter recoveries, and plenty of opportunities to build strength, fitness, and resilience. ๐ช
โก XTX (1/3)
Our first XTX progression introduces longer conditioning efforts designed to challenge your engine, recovery management, and repeatable output. The goal? Build aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and the ability to keep moving efficiently when fatigue starts to kick in.
๐๏ธ PUMP LOWER BODY (2/4)
We're increasing work duration and introducing more demanding hinge patterns. Focus on developing posterior chain strength, refining your snatch-grip deadlift technique, and building confidence through quality movement under fatigue.
โค๏ธ CARDIO U (2/6)
Less rest between zones means greater aerobic demand. This session is all about controlling effort, managing recovery, and staying within your prescribed heart rate zones while maintaining consistent output.
๐ช STRENGTH UPPER BODY (2/8)
A continued focus on technical excellence and force production. We're building strength through controlled movement, improving positioning under load, and laying the foundations for heavier lifting later in the block.
๐ฅ HIIT (2/5)
More work. Less rest. Higher density. This progression challenges your ability to repeatedly produce power and maintain intensity as fatigue accumulates. Stay focused and keep pushing.
โ๏ธ STRENGTH ENDURANCE (1/3)
Strength for longer. This session combines sustained aerobic efforts with resistance work to improve muscular endurance and your ability to produce force under fatigue while maintaining movement quality.
Consistency beats intensity when intensity can't be sustained. Show up, trust the process, and keep stacking wins. ๐
