As 2024 comes to an end I want to give this Client a huge special shout out. I'm super proud of you Megan! it's been an experience for both us I imagine But, here we are finally. Educated in the idea of what's required to get in shape. Now to find the balance suitable to keep things in order or improve even more if you decide too. Firstly though, lets enjoy Christmas👊 Well done!

Then do what my Client Aimee Te Namu did and Hire me! With so much information available on social media nowadays it’s easy to get mislead by the ‘Follow me and do what I do’ generation of today. Especially if these people are genetically gifted or using vegan fed chicken breast(Enhancement drugs😂)In most cases Clients will require a 3-stage process(Depending on current physical development) 1-Current shape / 2-Build muscle / 3: Shred to preference. It's been a wee while since posting my last Client Transformation results so this comes with huge relief(Thought I might be losing my skill as a Personal Trainer😂) Client requested to tone/firm lose body fat and firm her glutes, so that's exactly what we did! No weight loss, 53KG WEEK 1 AND STILL 53KG WEEK 8! Such an easy journey with an amazing outcome. Super proud of you Hien!
