What a fantastic day of rugby on home soil yesterday as our Kaitake senior thirds took on Clifton.

One of the best parts of community rugby is seeing our younger and older players come together, proudly wearing the Kaitake jersey and supporting one another. That’s what makes our club so special.

Days like yesterday remind us that rugby is about so much more than the final score. It’s about friendships, family, community, and creating memories that bring people together.

A huge thank you to everyone who came down to support, our incredible volunteers, the Kaitake Community Sports Hub, and all of our amazing sponsors for helping make days like these possible.

A special thank you to Sarah for capturing the day so beautifully with her photos.

Kia Ora Kaitake community; girls Friday night rugby kicks off in term 3. It’s a great way to keep our girls playing for longer - ripper for the younger ones, and tackle for the older ones.

We often struggle for numbers to put our own teams in, but I can connect you with other clubs who have space for new players…..just let me know. Jono 027 2244 295
