I told my client, Olivia, not to track client calories while she was away on holiday❌

The reason for this is because most people who go away on holiday are wanting to have a break from life, structure, and anything that might feel like work

If you go there with the intention to stay 100% on plan, but everyone around you is eating out, having a few drinks, smiling, laughing while you're sitting there eating to your plan, it's going to make you resent the plan

Making it harder to get back on plan when you come back

The best approach is to stay on plan for the first meal, which can be something like protein oats that's high in fibre and high in protein

That way you'll be able to stay consistent with one meal, but also it's going to be a meal that makes you make better decisions around food

Then you're going to eat whatever food you want, but RESPONSIBLY

Zero sugar drinks ≠ Fatloss ❌

How many years has it been since you made the change from full sugar to sugar free or low calorie?

So why do you still have the gut? Why do you still have fat hanging off the sides?

The zero sugar drinks weren’t the solution that you’ve been treating them as

You’ve been treating them as a guilt free treat so you can make room for other things

The pies, lollies, chocolate, pancakes and bread

At this stage, you might as well go back to the full sugar

Instead, use them as a tool that helps you get a sweet hit in without the additional cals
