At Mount CrossFit, our community is at the centre of everything we do. We’re lucky to be surrounded by people who not only work hard themselves, but constantly lift up and support the people around them too. That’s exactly why we wanted to start recognising those people through our very first Member of the Month 💛

This month’s Member of the Month is someone who brings so much to our community, both inside and outside the gym.

She’s created such an awesome community through her Erg Fridays, and honestly, it feels like half the gym turns up every week. It’s become something people genuinely look forward to, and we know how much time and effort goes into making it happen.

No matter what’s going on in her own world, she’s always cheering people on, supporting others, and making everyone feel welcome. She brings such positive energy into the gym and is a huge part of what makes this community so special.

She’s also one of the hardest workers in the room, always showing up and leading by example… although sometimes she probably works a little too hard IYKYK 😂
