This month, we’re celebrating Amania.

She’s out here navigating single māmā life, showing up for herself and consistently making training a priority despite the constant challenges life throws her way.

She’s the ultimate quiet achiever. She doesn’t need the spotlight or recognition, she just quietly turns up, puts in the work and keeps chipping away, week after week.

On the days she can’t make her usual session? She gets up and hits the 5am class instead, making sure she still gets it in. 👏

That kind of commitment, resilience and determination doesn’t go unnoticed.

A huge congratulations to Hannah, our July Member of the Month! 👏 (better late then never 😬)

Hannah is the definition of everything that makes our community so special. She’s polite, respectful, hardworking, and always friendly to everyone she meets. No matter the workout or the day, she shows up with a positive attitude and is always willing to encourage those around her.

She’s simply a great person to have around the gym, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of the Mount CrossFit whānau.
