This year, we didn’t want to create another challenge that simply made you train harder, tighten up your nutrition, and do more… only for those habits to disappear as soon as winter hit.
We wanted Atomic 66 to be different.
Instead, we focused on building simple habits that could be repeated consistently every single day over 10 weeks, until they started becoming the new normal. Because real progress isn’t made through being perfect for a few weeks, it’s built through consistency over time.
Atomic 66 became more of a mental challenge than a physical one, and because of that, we’ve seen some pretty unreal transformations. Not just physically, but mentally too.
We are so proud of every single person who put themselves out there and gave this challenge a crack. Whether you completed all 10 weeks, hit a few bumps along the way, or realised just how hard consistency can be when life gets busy, there is something to learn from every single experience.
Because the truth is, the mid-challenge fatigue ALWAYS hits 😅 Life gets stressful, motivation dips, routines get interrupted, and that’s usually the point where the real growth starts to happen. Learning how to reset, back yourself, and keep showing up (even imperfectly) is what creates long-term change.
Every challenge completed, every walk taken, every better choice made, every time you got yourself back on track all compounds over time into creating the healthiest, strongest, and best version of yourself.
Nobody’s journey is perfect, and every single person you’ll see celebrated here has also faced setbacks, self-doubt, stress, and moments where they wanted to throw in the towel too. The growth is built from learning from those moments and continuing to move forward.
