Today was honestly something pretty special.
A huge thank you to Bunnings Feilding and every single staff member for welcoming us in, making us feel so supported, and helping us create such an awesome day. Your kindness and generosity means more to us than you probably realise.
And to our amazing community — thank you. Every sausage, every donation, every conversation, every smile and every bit of support helps us build something bigger than just a gym. It helps us create a place where kids can feel supported, confident and know that someone is in their corner. ❤️
A very special thank you to Jordan Cadwallader and Jacob Wilson for giving up your own time today to come along and help. You boys didn't have to, but you showed up and got stuck in, and I genuinely appreciate you both. 👊❤️
Today wasn't just about raising money.
It was about people coming together for kids and showing what a community can do when we all get behind something we believe in.

This is a particularly special contribution to us, as the gym has been created in honour of Briar, and having her family standing behind what we are building means more than we can put into words.
Your support is helping us turn an idea into something real — a place where local kids can build confidence, discipline, friendships and a sense of belonging.

🌭🥊 SAUSAGE SIZZLE FOR HATCHET’S KICKBOXING FOR KIDS! ❤️

We’re getting the gym ready to open, and we’re holding a sausage sizzle to help raise funds for the equipment and resources needed to get started!

Hatchet’s Kickboxing for Kids is a completely FREE kids programme focused on building:

Our goal is to create a positive, welcoming environment where every child can learn new skills, build confidence and feel like they belong.

Every dollar raised will go towards helping us purchase the equipment and resources needed to get the programme up and running.

A little update on Hatchets Kickboxing for Kids.
The support and encouragement over the last few days has honestly meant a lot. Thank you to everyone who's shared the page, commented, or reached out.
Behind the scenes we're working through sponsorship, equipment, paperwork, and finding the right venue. It's a lot of work, but every step brings us closer.
This program has never been about creating fighters. It's about giving kids confidence, discipline, respect, and somewhere they know they're welcome.
If you know a local business or organisation that might like to get behind a free community programme for kids, we'd love an introduction. Even sharing this post helps more than you know.

Something exciting is coming to our community.
We're currently building Hatchets Kickboxing for Kids – a free kickboxing programme focused on confidence, respect, discipline, fitness, and having fun in a safe, supportive environment.
There's still plenty of work to do, but we're excited to share the journey with you. Thank you to everyone who's supported us so far.
