🏀 CENTRAL OTAGO JUNIOR BALLERS - THIS ONE'S FOR YOU!

The Southern Hoiho are heading to Queenstown and we're hitting the court with our Junior Ballers!

Thanks to our fantastic partners at Homestead Bay by Hanley's Farm, we're offering a FREE basketball clinic for all Year 4–13 ballers from across Central Otago.

🏀 Year 4–6 | 1:30pm–3pm
🏀 Year 7–13 | 3pm–4:30pm

Come along, meet the Hoiho and spend the afternoon developing your skills and having some fun on court with our players and coaches. 💙

👕 All participants need to wear their Homestead Bay Ballers T-shirt. Don't have one? No problem - simply opt in for one when you register.

Zoe Richards is back for 2026, becoming the first to recommit to the Southern Hoiho for the upcoming Tauihi season.

The 1.87m forward has represented her hometown side since the league tipped off in 2022 and she’s not done yet.

Want an opportunity to be part of the Southern Hoiho programme in 2026?

We're holding Open Run sessions for NZ-eligible players this Wednesday and Thursday.

📅 Wednesday 26 & Thursday 27 August

💰 No door fee

These sessions are an opportunity for players to be considered for the Southern Hoiho squad, either as a contracted player or within our development programme.
