Central Otago golf is all about fun in the sun amidst some fabulous scenery, and few will walk away without a relieved wry smile or grin when they reflect on how they have played. A generous climate and terrain resembling a coastal links area mean the Cromwell course is available all year round with little weather disruption. We are not a resort course but strive to be "The Best of the Rest". And after you have played it we think you'll agree the $1M development, carried out in 2010-12 has resulted in a challenging and interesting golf course. Great effort by some of our Junior Members!!!

With an outstanding performance at the Central Otago Intermediate Schools Golf Competition in Clyde today from George Crossan, Max Jillings, Archie Jenkinson and Jacob Colton they came away with a 1 under 35, 3 shot win over the rest of the field in very windy conditions. All 4 contributed with some outstanding shots. The word of the day was pure which was heard regularly and a new word learnt from the boys "Boogieable". they have now qualified for the regional tournament at the Lawrence golf club in November.
