Massive thank you to our coach Daniel Salamanca for coaching us in preparation for Butterfly Effect Competition โ„ข๏ธ which is happening this weekend.

The last 6 months has been amazing with you leading us. Through all the laughs, lifts and burpees, our ladies are super grateful for your support and always encouraging us to push ourselves to reach our full potential.

๐Ÿ”ฅ 7 DAYS TO GO ๐Ÿ”ฅ In just 7 days, these incredible women will step on stage at the Butterfly Effect Competition โ„ข๏ธ and show the ๐ŸŒŽ what consistency, discipline, and determination look like.

What people see on competition day is the physique. What they donโ€™t see are the early mornings, the late nights, the meals packed, the workouts completed when motivation was nowhere to be found, the sacrifices made, and the countless times they chose their goals over excuses.

This journey has never been about being perfect. Itโ€™s been about becoming stronger, more confident, and proving to themselves that they are capable of far more than they ever imagined.
