WEEK 6 BONUS CHALLENGE

1-MINUTE SKI ERG CALORIE CHALLENGE

You have 1 minute to accumulate as many calories as possible on the Ski Erg.

RULES

•Time: 1 minute
•You get 2 attempts for the entire week.
•Only your highest-calorie attempt will count.
•Video proof is required for your attempt to count.
•The full 1-minute attempt must be recorded.
•The Ski Erg monitor must be clearly visible.
•The monitor must be reset to 0 calories before starting.
•You must complete the full 60 seconds.
•Your final calorie score must be clearly visible on the monitor.
• No assistance from another person during your attempt.

TEAM SCORING

At the end of the week, we will calculate your team’s total calories from all valid entries.

5 POINTS will be awarded for EVERY valid entry from your team.

Your team’s total calories will contribute to your FINAL CHALLENGE SCORE.

Head to your local pool and complete as many laps as you can within a 10-minute time cap.

• You can only complete this challenge once
• 1 point for every completed lap in the 10mins
• Choose how you complete your laps, walk, freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, underwater or however you like
• You must complete the full lap of the pool for your 1 lap to count.
• Record your progress and upload it to Instagram for your points to count

1️⃣ 2 CATALYST CLASSES
Get into any 2 classes this week

2️⃣ 200 SKIPS OR 200 STAR JUMPS
• Complete all 200 in one go.
• Only 2 pauses max, up to 10 seconds each.
• More than 2 pauses or over 10 seconds = START AGAIN! 😤
• Rope catches = pause.
• Star jump regression = step-outs — but you still need to complete all 200 in one go!

3️⃣ 6KM WALK/RUN
