💥 New Strength Cycle Starts Next Week! 💥
Dates: 19 January 2026 - 29 March 2026 (10 weeks).
You crushed your 1RMs this week, amazing! I saw a lot of new PRs come by 🏆
Starting next week, we're kicking off a new 10-week strength cycle focusing on:
- Monday evenings - Thruster
- Thursday evenings - Bench Press
- Saturday mornings - Conventional Deadlift
Structure:
- We will start Week 1 with a 1 rep max benchmark test for each of the lifts.
- During Weeks 2 to 9, we will progressively increase the intensity and volume based on percentages of your 1 rep max.
- In Week 10 we will re-test your 1 rep max and hopefully have a new 1 rep max to show for it.
Focus: We will focus on improving your lifting technique for the above mentioned lifts, allowing you to move better and maintain good technique under lifting heavy loads as well as progressively increasing the weights and reps to allow you to get stronger over time.
Other: And do not worry if you cannot make it every week or are unable to perform a movement due to injury or otherwise. The coaches will happily cater the programming to your needs, whilst still being able to make gains across the board.
However, consistency is key. Show up, put in the work, and let’s get stronger together and have fun doing it.
