I have been thinking deeply about a question I am going to ask a room full of coaches, executives, and HR leaders this morning:
"In the last 30 days, where did you wish you had more of yourself to give, but simply didn't have the capacity?"
That gap.
That is what my session is about.
I am honoured to be facilitating a masterclass at the ICF Nigeria Charter Chapter International Coaching Week 2026, and I have spent weeks thinking about how to make it genuinely useful for three very different audiences in the same room.
The session is titled:
AI, Digital Coaching and the Human Connection
Here is what I want people to leave with, not a list of AI tools, and not a technology lecture.
Just one clear idea:
AI doesn't change what great coaching, leadership, and HR look like.
It changes what you still have the time, energy, and emotional capacity to do.
For coaches:
AI can handle between-session consistency, so you can go deeper in the room.
For executives:
AI can process data and identify patterns at scale, so your bandwidth goes to the moments that truly matter.
For HR leaders:
AI can handle transactional touchpoints, so your team can focus on the culture work only humans can do.
If you are in Lagos today, 12 May, I would love to see you at the Civic Centre Lagos.
And if you cannot make it physically or online, what is your honest answer to that opening question?
