Here we are in November, and I want us to think about something beyond the goals we've set for ourselves this month.

We talk about building wealth, growing businesses and becoming successful. But have we stopped to consider what all that wealth is meant to accomplish?

For me, it has always been about more than what I can accumulate. It is about what God can do through what He has placed in my hands. The lives I can touch, the needs I can meet and the people who can experience His goodness because I chose to be a faithful steward.

Of course, the journey will not always be smooth. There will be setbacks, difficult seasons and moments when you have to press through. I have had my own share, and there are still challenges ahead. But don't let failure define you. Stay diligent, remain steadfast and trust God with your process.

At the end of it all, let your life bring Him glory. That is what truly matters.

As you go through November, are you building only for what you can gain, or are you also thinking about the lives God can touch through you?

Happy New Month, and have a purposeful week ahead.

Have you ever considered that what comes naturally to you may be the very thing someone else is praying for?

The gifts, talents and abilities God has placed within you are not just for your personal fulfilment. They can become answers to real needs and make a difference in the lives of others.

But recognising what you carry is only the beginning. You must be willing to develop it, use it and make it available.

Don't spend so much time looking at what someone else is doing that you neglect what God has placed in your own hands.

What are you doing with the solutions you carry?

29/10/2026

Have you ever stopped to ask why God placed certain gifts and abilities within you?

It is not by accident. There are solutions you carry that this world needs, and there is a reason you are here for such a time as this.

So, the next time you find yourself comparing your journey with someone else's, pause and ask yourself: Am I living up to what God has placed within me?

Stop measuring yourself against other people. God is your standard. The question is, are you becoming all He created you to be?

That gift in you is asking, How far?

So, how far are you willing to go?

You may be waiting to feel confident before you take the next step. But what if confidence comes as you move, not before you begin?

I have learnt that fear can be present even when you are walking in purpose. The important thing is not to let it determine how far you go.

There is more of you to discover, more capacity to build, and more depth to attain. Don't let fear keep you at the level you have already outgrown.

Take the step. Go deeper. Do it afraid.

What is one step you know you need to take, even with the fear?

26/10/2026

Would you be bold enough to become all that God has called you to be, even when fear is still very much present?

My dear, let me tell you something. Fear does not always go away just because you are gifted, prepared or experienced. I know what it means to stand before an opportunity and still have to remind yourself to calm down.

But here is what I have learnt: fear is not an excuse for refusing to go deeper.

You may not feel completely ready. You may question whether you are enough for what is before you. But you cannot keep allowing fear to decide how far you will go.

Sometimes, you have to carry the fear and go. Keep taking the step. Keep showing up. Keep allowing God to stretch you into the capacity He has placed within you.

So, my dear, let me ask you: What have you been holding back from because you are afraid, and what would it look like to take that step anyway?

What if the work God is doing in you is what someone else needs to keep standing?

Think about those who have helped you through difficult seasons. Their words, courage or wisdom made a difference when you needed it most.

My dear, growth does not stop with you. As God builds your character and deepens your faith, you become a source of strength for others.

Do not measure your growth only by how far you have come, but also by who is strengthened because of it.

Who has been an anchor in your life, and what did their presence mean to you?

Some of the lessons we pass on are not found in books. They come from the things we got wrong, the doors that closed, and the seasons we wish had gone differently.

But what if the disappointment you are still trying to make sense of could become wisdom that helps someone else find their way?

Your story does not have to end with what went wrong. There is value in what you have learned.

What lesson did life teach you the hard way that you would want the next generation to learn the easier way?

Share it in the comments. Your lesson might become someone else's head start.

My father wanted me to study medicine. And I had the grades to make it happen.

I got into school, took the required courses and even had the grades. But there was one little detail. I had to submit my application for the transfer before the deadline.

Yours truly refused to do any such thing. 😂

So when the list came out and my name was missing, my father was trying to reach the Vice Chancellor. I had to tell him, “Dad, my name is not there because I never submitted it.”

You see, even then, I knew I was not going to be a doctor.

Looking back, I think about how easily we can run with a blueprint someone else has handed us simply because it is expected of us, because it makes sense to everyone else, or because it seems like the safest thing to do.

But you cannot build a life of purpose by living entirely from someone else's blueprint.

There is a difference between honouring the people who love you and surrendering your own sense of direction to their expectations.

My dear, have you taken the time to understand the assignment on your own life?

Tell me in the comments: have you ever had to choose between what was expected of you and what you knew was right for you?

Not every closed door is a declaration that you are unqualified. And not every detour means you have lost your way.

There are lessons you can only learn when things do not go according to plan. There is wisdom that comes from having to begin again, rethink your approach, and trust God beyond what you can presently see.

My dear, do not be so quick to disqualify yourself because one season did not turn out as you expected. Take the lesson. Allow God to work in you through the experience. Then find the courage to move forward.

What did not work out may yet become part of the wisdom you carry into what comes next.

Tell me, have you ever looked back at a setback and realised it was teaching you something you needed for the next season? Share your experience in the comments. Someone else may need the reminder that their story is not over.
