This is who won 3 Gold medals at the last Sukma 2 weeks ago on 1500-5000-10000m. Soon to be 20 yr old, he's this year the best Malaysian runner with 3:54 on 1500 and 14:31 on 5000, succeeding to who has been the best Malaysian on these distances for many years. He already ran the cat A time to qualify for the next Sea Games. Kristian that I know since kid, has always been a very motivated and serious boy who I believe will continue to progress in the future. Will he be the first Malaysian sub 14 on 5000?
This morning he did a Cryo Plunge at .asia to recover from his tempo run.

Best place to cool down your body during this hot weather. Feeling 41C outside, can go down to 2C in the cold plunge. It can keep you cool for 2hrs. Great also for recovery, pain, soreness and a good sleep.
