A 2-floor training centre built strategically to help everyone move better, be better, and bring out the athlete within them. With some of the world's most lucrative pieces of training equipment, used and taught in group classes by Malaysia's most experienced coaches. The versatility and diversity in training at RFC is what makes us special. From TRX to Woodway treadmills, to Fitbench and Concept 2 rowing machines, Hammer Strength, ICG, Life Fitness, and more! RFC has the fitness industry's most adored toys to keep you motivated, challenged, and most importantly having fun! On top of that, the education passed down to you through our Personal Training services and Group Classes are like no other. With a signature in TRX, our leader is Malaysia's only TRX Master Trainer and Educator. All other coaches have been mentored and hand-picked due to their level of coaching standards, experience, and education. RFC also has the only fully equipped TRX Studio in Malaysia with a range of both programmes and equipment to use. Outside of our stunning training gear, RFC has invested into keeping our facility clean and safe. With Fiber-glass panels and hand-sanitizing machines placed strategically around the gym to make social distancing care free! Our lockers and entrance gate utilize a state of the art bio-metric system so all you have to do to access your belongings is your fingerprint! RFC's all inclusive membership package includes access to all classes (no extra class pass payments!), access to the entire facility and its equipment during operational hours, and bathroom and locker amenities. The gym of your dreams is located right next to the Gardens Mall in Kuala Lumpur. Come on down, and get your GAME ON!

Not just a class — a crew, a grind, a whole lot of sweat and power on that rower.
Big shoutout to our Coach Farouk for the encouragement, discipline, and for never letting us take the easy way out, for the energy, the pushes we didn’t know we needed, and for making every session count (even when our legs said no 😅) We built stronger bodies and stronger minds in this room. Respect.

To every single one of you who showed up and put in the work over the years, you are the energy of this class.
Rowing isn’t just cardio — it’s full-body strength, endurance, and pure mental grit. Legs, core, arms, lungs… everything shows up, Simple as that.

And just because this class is discontinued,  we don’t stop.
The yearly Row Marathon in May 2026 is coming up. No excuses, just meters. Let’s show up, represent, and row like this class never left.
