So what is whole food?
It`s that group of food that are as little processed or refined as possible and have no additives such as preservatives or artificial ingredients, such as food colouring, added to the food.
Processed food are addictive yes, AND it leads to OVEREATING.
The snacking from the tub while watching TV or using canned food in your cooking instead of fresh produces etc.
Guilty? Yes, we have all done that.
Bloating? Definitely
Weight Gain? Naturally.
Well…no one have told us how bad these habits are and we aren’t aware of the little nutrients that our body is receiving from the different group of food or which food belongs to what group.
