This month, we’re keeping it simple but absolutely brutal with the Plate Hold Endurance Challenge. It’s a pure battle of mind over matter, testing your shoulder stamina and mental toughness to see who can outlast the burn.

The Mission:
Hold a weight plate directly in front of you at shoulder height. The clock starts when the plate is up, and it stops the second it drops. Longest time held wins! ⏳

The Standard:
🔹 Arms locked out straight at shoulder height (no bending the elbows, no resting on your chest).
🔹 Strict posture—keep your core locked and back straight.

Top the leaderboard and you could score an upgrade to the next tier of your membership. Show us what you’re made of and lock in your time!

This month, we’re testing your grip, your lungs, and your grit with the Barbell Complex Challenge. It’s all about total body flow and finding that rhythm under pressure.

The Mission (3-Min AMRAP):
Perform as many rounds as possible of the following sequence (2 reps each) without putting the bar down:
🔹 2 x Romanian Deadlift
🔹 2 x Bent-over Row
🔹 2 x Clean
🔹 2 x Push Press
🔹 2 x Back Squat

The Standard:
🏋️‍♂️ Men: 20kg Barbell
🏋️‍♀️ Women: 15kg Barbell

One round equals one rep. How many can you bank before the clock hits zero? 🕒 Let’s see those scores on the leaderboard!
