This month, we’re keeping it simple but absolutely brutal with the Plate Hold Endurance Challenge. It’s a pure battle of mind over matter, testing your shoulder stamina and mental toughness to see who can outlast the burn.
The Mission:
Hold a weight plate directly in front of you at shoulder height. The clock starts when the plate is up, and it stops the second it drops. Longest time held wins! ⏳
The Standard:
🔹 Arms locked out straight at shoulder height (no bending the elbows, no resting on your chest).
🔹 Strict posture—keep your core locked and back straight.
