Level 1 Pre-Training is where you deepen your own understanding, spending time with the sequences and developing a real connection to the work before stepping into teaching. Completion of this stage is required before progressing to the Level 1 Foundation.

Level 1 Foundation is where you learn how to guide others, understanding class structure, refining how you see movement and building the skills to teach with clarity and confidence.

Had the best few days learning from Abel! 🧘‍♂️✨

His instructions are so precise and easy to follow that even the more challenging movements felt totally achievable. He prepares the body so well that the final result just flows. Love that he gives everyone individual attention, no one gets left behind.

This was his second time in KL and we’re already counting down until the next one!

There is always something new to notice, even in the smallest details. These Teacher Training are a reminder that teaching is not only about knowing the work, but about continuing to study it, question it and understand it more clearly each time.
