She didn’t just lose fat, she rebuilt her lifestyle.

When V first came to us, her goal was simple: to lose weight for her health and feel better in her appearance. She never had a history of exercising in her life and often ate freely while juggling a hectic work schedule.

During the initial two months, our focus was on building foundational habits - prepping her meals before work, learning how to track her food, and getting ready for her first real diet phase. These served to eventually help her maintain her results on her own.

When she started, she never expected these outcomes but the moment she started lifting and changing her habits, everything began to change. Her commitment to learn, show up and collaborate with her coach is what led her success.

As an athlete and as a person, Mdm Teoh continues to inspire our entire team by showcasing that her age showcases maturity and strength of experience. At 53, most would have hesitated to take on this endeavor but she stepped up to every challenge. We are all extremely proud of her and look forward to her career as an athlete.

At the start of the year, approached us with the initial goal of stepping into his first season of bodybuilding as a novice after spending a few years dabbling in the lifestyle of the sport. After the initial conversations, his coach, Kevin, wanted to challenge him and urged him to try his hands in the open class against the veterans of the sport.

While winning was certainly a goal, they emphasized pursuing the journey positively. By the end of the season, he took home two golds & one bronze against stacked classes, and a new found love for the sport. We are extremely proud of him and look forward to his growth as an athlete and person. It was an absolute honor for us to have been able to share this journey with him and be part of his journey.

Mr. J had been living a sedentary lifestyle due to his desk-bound job. He used to be skinny, but over time, his habits and routines led to gradual weight gain.

We started with small, realistic adjustments that fit his lifestyle - increasing his daily steps to stay active, committing to at least two sessions of resistance training per week, and learning portion control, especially when eating out, eventually transitioning to more home cooked meals.

Being an high school footballer, A has always had a passion for living an active lifestyle. Nevertheless, paralysis by analysis is common online so after the introductory learning, we ran an initial 12-week fat loss phase before assessing what improvements to our physique we needed. We then spent 7 months building before running another fat loss phase to get into where we are presently maintianing. Instead of adopting extreme behaviors, we took a focused approach depending on the phases and prioritized living the lifestyle conducive to our goals.
