A new chapter in movement begins. ✨

We’re delighted to welcome Instructor Nancy Xue, to the
Pilatique® team — a STOTT PILATES® Certified
Instructor. Bringing together clinical expertise, movement
knowledge, and a thoughtful approach to every session.

Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Performance, with a strong foundation in movement training and physical performance. She focuses on helping clients develop flexibility, body awareness, and overall wellbeing, before furthering her expertise through years of strength training.

With a foundation in both sports performance and Pilates, she brings a deeper understanding of the body to help clients
move with greater awareness, confidence, and purpose.
