Here's the 5-step blueprint your PT uses to get you to -5kg in 30 days:

01 NUTRITION FIRST
You can't out-train a bad diet. Track everything for 7 days. 500 kcal deficit = results.

02 PRIME BEFORE YOU LIFT
10 min activation every session. Skip it and you're one pulled muscle away from quitting.

03 LIFT HEAVY, REST SMART
4x/week compound movements with your PT. Squats, deadlifts, rows — these burn fat long after you leave the gym.

04 PROTECT YOUR SLEEP
