Thinking of starting? Here is what your first 30 days of swimming looks like! 🏊‍♂️📅

Taking the plunge into swimming lessons is exciting, but it’s natural to wonder what the "beginning" actually feels like. At ActiveSwim, we focus on building a foundation that lasts a lifetime.

Week 1-2: Finding Your Water Comfort
It’s all about the basics. We focus on breathing techniques, body position, and feeling relaxed in the water. You’ll learn how to "float" before you "fly."

Week 3-4: Building the Rhythm
Once you’re comfortable, we introduce coordinated movements. You’ll start feeling your heart rate climb and your muscles engaging in ways they never have before. You might be a little tired, but you’ll feel incredible!

Month 1 Milestone: The Confidence Shift
By the end of your first month, that "new swimmer" anxiety starts to disappear. You’ll have a consistent routine, improved stamina, and the foundation needed to start mastering your strokes.
