Coaching tip of the day: always bring all your training gear… i keep repeating myself over and over 😅

Today I forgot mine, so the whole session at VM Kickboxing was coached in jeans 👖🥊 😁😁😁

Meanwhile a strong fighter visiting from Italy 🇮🇹, was doing the real work and showing great skills as always.

Moral of the story:
Fighters come prepared… coach sometimes doesn’t.
