Mums Tribe starts Wednesday 9 September. Four weeks. Bring the baby.

Eve Reset starts Monday 14 September. Small group. Movement, nutrition, weekly check-ins.

Nutrition Academy is already underway — the Founding Cohort started 1 September. DM to join the waitlist for the next one.

Little Beans Yoga arrives on Saturday 26 September. Our first for the little ones.

Walk & Talk is back Wednesday 30 September. A walk, a conversation, other women who want the same thing.
