I have so many asking what classes we do and when, so I have done a simple sheet to show what public classes we have available for you to book. Don’t be fooled. Beyond this timetable we have many private sessions and private classes like our ABC Reformer and corporate’s.

Ever fancied trying the ‘other equipment’? The Pilates method was originally designed to incorporate all pieces of equipment to enable you to do your Mat exercises better as well as help you be stronger for your everyday activities.
The classes will introduce you to the various equipment we have and over the weeks will increase your repertoire of exercises on each piece to design a program specifically for you. The long term aim is that you can independently do your exercises under the watchful eye of an instructor without the need to told what to do and keep building on more challenging exercises over time.

What an amazing weekend at the Balanced Body Pilates on Tour in London. So much to learn & so many amazing people from all walks of live dedicated to continuing to learn & improve for their clients. It’s been a huge honour to meet some of my heroes. PS I’m not one to do selfies with people. Sorry.
