Ever fancied trying the ‘other equipment’? The Pilates method was originally designed to incorporate all pieces of equipment to enable you to do your Mat exercises better as well as help you be stronger for your everyday activities.
The classes will introduce you to the various equipment we have and over the weeks will increase your repertoire of exercises on each piece to design a program specifically for you. The long term aim is that you can independently do your exercises under the watchful eye of an instructor without the need to told what to do and keep building on more challenging exercises over time.
