📌 MINI BAND WORKOUT 
Hello everyone! Today I'd like to share a set with mini bands, to me a perfect way to strengthen, sculpt  and tone the body. 

I'm using the heavy elastic band (red one) and the medium (blue), but you can  even start with a light one, depending on your level.

I recommend 2 set x 10 each side when needed.
