When I started this business, online coaching was very new and still very much in its infancy.

There were platforms being developed with various degrees of success, and I’ve watched many of them evolve over the last few years.

I have used my training platform since I began and over the years, I have considered other alternatives, but I’ve never moved because I have never found a product that offers a better experience for my members.

The majority of online coaches do one single check-in per week, and often it’s just a quick copy-paste of the programme and a tick in the box.

➡️➡️➡️ Where is exceptionally different is this:

✅ I record individual feedback videos for each and every single training session you do.

✅ I record a feedback video for every single weekly check-in you do, too.

I invest hours in each of the women I coach every single week.

This is so exceptionally rare in the world of online coaching, where most coaches do one single check-in per week - and often not even a video.

If these “coaches” cannot even invest a few minutes once a week for a client, what are they doing?

If they have so many clients on their books that they cannot even invest a few short minutes in a person-to-person touchpoint each week, what are they doing?

Getting AI to generate training programmes?? Getting AI to generate check-ins?? Getting AI to set macros??

And then charging £300+ per month for this?

The general public would be better off doing this themselves using ChatGPT.

This is a really disappointing move from a business which has been a part of this industry since day one.

If you want to understand how I do feedback and check-ins, message me and we can arrange a call where I can show you how I do things.

The normal process for joining a gym here is to get an ECG at a pharmacy, take it to your doctor who then says yes or no. If yes, they give you a certificate which you take to the gym and it allows you to join.

You need to do this each year.

I paid €25 for the ECG (plus three trips - once to book the test, then to have the test, and then again to collect the test results) and €30 for the doctor’s certificate.

Last year, my ECG had to be sent to the cardiologist at the hospital to be checked over as it was flagged as abnormal (in a good way, apparently I am very strong and have a low resting heart rate).

The pharmacist today told me I have the heart of a much younger person, and pointed to my shoulders (I am wearing a vest) and said it’s because I have so much muscle (!!!!).

The doctor agreed and told me I also now need to go to the actual hospital to have a full-blown ECG with the cardiologist.

Hopefully this will then stop me being flagged as “abnormal” each year, and I can just get the ECG at the pharmacy and the doctor’s certificate without any more issues.

I’m going to wait until gets home at some point in November as a trip to the hospital like this could be very lengthy. Plus, there is no urgency - I’ve got the certificate for the gym, and I know I’m fit and strong.

I guess it’s a nice problem to have, but who knew being super fit was an obstacle to jointing the gym 😆

I am astonished by the reach that reel has had, and it is showing no signs of stopping.

As always, I have had questions about why I mix politics and social causes with my work as a coach of women and as always, the answer is simple:

It is because care about women and girls, and I believe in the importance of using my platform for good.

Women’s bodies have been politicized since the dawn of time, and the current state of affairs is simply another episode in a long line of events damaging us.

The work I do is centered around women being strong, capable, and independent. It is about knowing and understanding your body, advocating for yourself and your health, and being able to fight back in a world constantly trying to make you smaller.

I immerse myself in social causes that directly impact me and other women, because I firmly believe being willfully ignorant of what is going on in the world is wrong.

I read, I listen, I ask questions. I think about what I see and hear, I question things, I am curious about the world and people which to me, fosters the level of empathy that is hugely missing in this industry.

I don’t rely on machines to tell me what to believe, nor do I outsource my thoughts.

I use my brain and my wealth of experience to do the work that is my calling in life.

And I never knew that giving a s**t about people and the planet would be so divisive.

So many of you cannot tell the difference between AI-generated content on here and and real content.

And now, you’re feeding MORE of your information/images into these engines so they can make content that is even more realistic so you can tell the difference EVEN LESS.

And yes, I am aware I am using social media and sharing a video of myself. Yes, I am aware that simply walking through a public space means my images and data are being captured.

But willingly uploading content to these engines specifically for it to be used for nefarious purposes is a different beast altogether.

I also use social media for my business - I don’t need to ChatGPT to generate a photo of me for my business.

AI has warped our idea of consent, and these trends are literally DESIGNED to collect your data. It is scraping information from creators, artists, and writers with zero compensation or agreement.

Women’s images are digitally manipulated through generative AI (such as this trend) to create image-based s***al abuse. It is the latest tool in a long history of violating women’s automomy.

It is being used to create CSAM from videos and images you are willing uploading into these platforms.

So yes, it really is that deep and it really is that serious.

This week, I got tagged in the comments section of a reel by and , discussing the old “eat less, move more” trope.

There were some great discussions in the comments section about how extremely misguided this phrase is because as I wish more people understood, weight loss is complicated.

It is complex, nuanced. It is political, it is stigmatized, it has been made into a global money-making machine. BMI is rooted in racism, weight bias in healthcare is rife... I could go on.

So if it really was as simple as “eat less and move more”, don’t you think we would have fewer people struggling?

But welcome to the internet in 2026, where people like Caroline will sit behind a phone screen and point the finger.

It also speaks volumes about the preconceived ideas many people have about those who struggle with their weight, something I sadly still see a lot of in the fitness space.

Trainers and coaches who still bang the “eat less, move more” drum which does a disservice to their clients and those looking to them for help.

When someone tells you their lived experiences, listen.

You were born with two ears and one mouth for a reason.

Also, why is it that these trolls always have the literacy level of PVA glue? The irony of calling me “dense” when they don’t know the difference between “your” and “you’re” really tickled me.

I guarantee this concoction was created by an influencer purely for clicks and clout.

Before anyone asks why I didn’t intervene, several reasons:

1. I am not a personal trainer at that gym, there were multiple PTs floating around that area who could (should?) have intervened
2. If I intervened every time I saw someone doing things like this, I would never actually be able to do my own stuff
3. Some people take offence if you even offer to spot them if they’re doing something heavy

It goes without saying that if this person was in the weeds, I would of course have acted immediately, but there were multiple other trainers around who are employed by or work for the gym.

Influencers are constantly coming up with these crazy exercises to generate views and comments, purely as clickbait.

Bulgarian split squats are hideous enough as they are - there is no need for all this s**t.

Do the basics. Do them well, learn them inside out, stop chasing novelty.

Six years, a few wrinkles, and a lot less hair 🤣

I still can’t believe just how much we’ve done together in such a short space of time!

Here’s to another six lifetimes together 💜❤️💜

I go to the big shopping centre twice a year (once in the summer and once in the winter) to get a few basics, and every time I go, I hate it even more.

I hate buying clothes, I hate shopping, I hate consumption, and I’m still wearing stuff from 15-20 years ago, but I do need some new bits occasionally.

But every time I go shopping, the quality seems to get worse. Not only that, but the price doesn’t reflect the decline in quality??? If anything, it seems like I am paying more?

I went earlier to the shopping centre this week, and realised it’s a good joke I don’t smoke because if I did, I’d burn alive from all the fu***ng melted plastic.

WHY IS EVERYTHING MADE OUT OF PLASTIC????

WHERE IS THE DESIGN????

WHERE IS THE QUALITY????

And to then have the audacity to ask me for my phone number so they can send me the receipt via WhatsApp TO SAVE PAPER feels like an absolute joke.

I am too old and too conscious for this s**t.

Slimming World is a toxic cult, and nothing will convince me otherwise.

The majority of the women I’ve coached over the years have done Slimming World at some point n their journey, and not a single one has found longterm success.

In fact, quite the opposite.

Many have had to go to therapy to try and undo the damage this cult has caused to their relationship with food and their body.

Almost all of them now fear entire food groups, and some are even worried about taking a Lemsip because of the number on “syns” it contains.

The Slimming World business model is atrocious, and specifically designed so you fail when you leave - so you then return, time and time again.

No education, no sustainability, no habit changes.

I fu***ng hate it with a passion.
