Club AGM 🗓️

With most of our teams finished up for the 2025/26 campaign, our attention turns to next season!

A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes and there’s always plenty more to do, so we’re on the lookout for more volunteers to join the Club Committee for the year ahead. Discussions will be had around our Adult and Youth teams, sponsorships, pitch renovations and much more.

If you’re around and are interested in coming on board or just want to be up to speed with the latest news from the club, please join us next Tuesday evening, June 9th, at 7:30PM in Nemo Rangers GAA Club 🤝

𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗨𝗣 ✅

Wilton United 0 Tramore Athletic 1

It wasn’t pretty but the Juniors came out on top in this evening’s MSL Junior 2nd Division Relegation Playoff thanks to a late winner from Conor McCarthy 🙌

In a poor first half for the neutral, Wilton had control of the game but both sides failed to create any clear cut chances in a defensive first 45.

Into the second half and the game opened up. The introduction of Pa Horgan at half time, followed by Steve Barry and Conor McCarthy with 25 minutes to go swayed the game in our favour and chances for Padraig O’Dwyer and Ciaran O’Donovan nearly won it for us.

But with six minutes to go, the deadlock was finally broken. A great move involving Padraig O’Dwyer and Steve Barry freed Ciaran O’Donovan, who found Conor McCarthy arriving late at the edge of the box to finish clinically into the bottom corner and win it for our lads 👏

A hard fought and well deserved win in the end with everyone pulling together to grind out the win with stand out performances from Ciaran O’Donovan, Steve Barry, Shane Twomey and the evergreen Stephen Dorney ⭐️

Well done to Conor, Stuart and all the lads who made it four wins from the last five games and end the season on a high 👏

𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 🗓️

It’s winners take all tomorrow evening as the Juniors season culminates in a relegation playoff 🤞

They travel to face Wilton United in Pat Bowdren Park on the Lee Road 📍

Both sides have beaten each other this season but it’s our lads who are in form, having won 3 out of the last 4 games to get out of trouble and force a playoff.

Very best of luck to Conor, Stuart and all of the lads tomorrow evening where all support is welcome to help get them over the line!

Kick off is at 7:00PM ⏰

Under 18 Players and Coaches Wanted 🚨

As our Under 17 season finishes up, Tramore Athletic are putting a call out for players born in 2009 who are interested in joining one of the oldest and most successful clubs in Cork.

The coaches of this fantastic group of lads have unfortunately had to step aside for next season, so we are also on the lookout for coaches and volunteers looking to get involved to support a great bunch of footballers for the upcoming season ⚽️

Proud of these lads today who had a great day in Tramore Park with Cork PDA 🙌

Great fun was had by all across the day and our facilities were in tip top shape thanks to Kieran McCarthy and Paul Coughlan 👏

Huge thanks to our volunteers for organising today, managing the car park and preparing the lads! Thanks to Shanil’s Gourmet Street Food as always and to An Tús Maithfor sorting the food and coffee 🍔☕️

Well done everyone - it was an all round club effort 🙌

A big 3-0 win v Castleview for the Under 12s in what was their last home game of the season on Tuesday evening 🙌

Two goals from Danny, assisted by Seb and Liam, with Ruben adding the third 👏

The defence were rock solid and Michael made some great saves at important moments to ensure a clean sheet and a really big team performance 💪
