YOU’RE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK 💪

A lot of people don’t actually realise how much they’re holding back in training until somebody finally pushes them properly.

Not in an army sergeant way or screaming in your face 😂

Just someone standing beside you saying:
“that was too easy for you.”
“go again, you’re well able.”
“add a bit more weight onto that in your next set.”

And suddenly the person who thought they “weren’t strong” is deadlifting more than they ever have before.

That happens in here EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK 👏

Not because our members are magically different to you

But because they stopped training alone, stopped second guessing themselves & FINALLY started training in an environment that actually brought more out of them ☺️

A lot of people are capable of far more than they think.

Sunday evening usually goes 1 of 2 ways.⁣

“I just need motivation.”
“I’ve fallen out of routine.”
“I know what to do… I’m just not doing it.”

Most people we speak to don’t actually need another fitness challenge, another app, or another “fresh start”.

They usually just need structure again.

Something to train FOR.
Sessions booked in.
Coaches expecting you in.
A proper programme to follow.
People around you who make showing up easier again.

A lot of our members already trained before joining PWR.

They just got stuck in the cycle a lot of people do:
starting,stopping,trying again, falling off, then waiting for the “right time” to restart when they feel motivated.

A review like this means a lot because this is exactly what we wanted PWR to feel like the very first day we launched 🫶

A place where you can come in, train hard, get stronger, feel supported & never feel out of place doing it!

Not everyone walks into a gym full of confidence.

A lot of people are starting from scratching or starting back again after a long break away

So hearing words like “safe”, “supportive” and “no judgement” lets us know we’re doing something right.

A lot of our members come in here knowing they want to get stronger… but not fully knowing how to actually get the most out of a movement

Or even how to do the movement properly!

They’ve maybe watched a few videos, copied someone else in the gym, or just tried figure it out themselves.

So they end up doing the same weights for months because they’re not fully confident pushing it.

That’s why having a coach show you step by step in person really makes all the difference.

Not just showing you how to deadlift, but showing you how to actually use your legs properly, brace properly and know when you’ve more in the tank instead of stopping the second it gets hard.

Those small changes are key 🔑

You don’t need to come in here knowing everything.

That’s our job 💪

People love the idea of Monday training… until Monday actually arrives 😂

Especially after a weekend like that ☀️

Sleep all over the place, food all over the place, few drinks, barely moved yesterday… and now your brain’s trying to convince you to “start fresh next week” already 😅

That’s usually how you fall out of routine again.

Not one massive decision.

Just talking yourself out of getting back in.

Then you actually come into the session and halfway through you realise:

“Ok this is exactly what I needed”

When you book in with us, our coaches are expecting you in, you’ve got good people around you & once you’re through the door the overthinking stops.

No trying to motivate yourself for 3 hours beforehand.

You just come in and train.

If things have gone a bit sideways lately, this is probably the exact sort of week you need to be in here.
