It's a beautiful morning for a parkrun and, the sun is shining. Don't forget the sunscreen.

It's going to be a hot one, and not just with the sun, because we are also joined by the Polish Runners Club Ireland today.
We are delighted to once again be hosting PRCI and the 7th Irish Polish Friendship parkrun. PRCI put on an amazing display of colour, culture and food.

See you all for the RD Briefing at 9:15 for what promises to be a great morning. We also have pacers to try get that new PB.

Who else can't wait for parkrun next Saturday??

We are delighted once again to welcome the Polish Runners Club Ireland and the wider Polish community to River Valley parkrun this Sat 13th June, for the 7th edition of the Irish-Polish Friendship parkrun.

This is one of our favourite parkrun events at River Valley annually as it brings together not just the Polish & Irish communities, but all communities that regularly take part at RV.
PRCI bring such wonderful colour and Polish culture to the event and the friendships made last forever.
They also treat us to a massive spread of wonderful tasty Polish traditional food & treats to help replenish those lost calories 😋

So, yeah, we are kinda looking forward to this one.
There's a real buzz about the park from 9am, with the Run Directors briefing at 9:20 and the run itself starting at 9:30.
