We are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow morning and you can help us celebrate parkruns 22nd Birthday.

It is also Pacer Week, where we have pacers from 20 mins to 35 mins to help you achieve a new PB.

We might even have a Milestone or two to celebrate. With the new milestone categories we'll soon be seeing the new coloured milestone T-shirts which are now available through your parkrun profile.

So, whether its your first ever parkrun, or you're taking part in the VHI Couch to parkrun, or you're visiting us from your home parkrun, or you're one of our regulars or an occasional runner/walker, RD Stephen will be delighted to see you for the pre-run briefing at 9:20. The run starts at 9:30 sharp! And, DFYB - dont forget your barcode.

Oh, did we mention cake?? Well, there is a birthday, but you'll have to be there to find out - You are invited!
