Beautiful sunny hike. I’ve never seen the mountains so clear—the weather was finally kind enough to sweep all the clouds away. We trekked across the ridges, with some very exposed sections, but the views were absolutely breathtaking. What an incredible experience!

The first day of the season and already so full of light and calm.
Standing here, surrounded by such natural beauty, I’m reminded how lucky I am to live in a place like this — where the ocean, the air, and the space just reset everything.
Days like this make you slow down, breathe deeper, and truly appreciate where you are🩵

Today we did a slow run from Rossnowlagh Beach to Murvagh – 22 km in pure Irish weather🌧️🌬️
Strong wind, wild rain in every possible direction (even sideways 😅), sand hitting our faces, slippery stones… a full-on test of character and grit.

And you know what?
I’m proud. Truly proud.
Feeling blessed to have a healthy body that can carry me through this, and two little four-legged athletes who absolutely smashed it today 🐺🐾💛

Some runs are not about speed – they’re about heart, presence, and resilience.
This one definitely was.

One of my favourite seasons to slow down, reset and enjoy calm forest walks with the dogs.
New smells, new textures under paws, and a perfect opportunity to work on focus and connection outdoors.
Nature always helps us communicate better with our dogs — we just have to be present enough to listen. 🐾🤍
